Alone In The Dark
written by Morbid Angel01:38 AM 12/29/04| I'm amazed I can still see anything worth caring for after everything I've said, after every thought about you thats shot through my head. It runs so fast that I can't even chase it, even if I did, I'm not sure I have the guts to face it. I try my best but it always goes wrong, you're one of those people I think about in the dark..You know those times when you want to be alone? Well it's you, you're the person on my mind however much I moan. You might have changed but I know it's only words, hearts don't change the same way people do. They're stronger then that, much stronger then us, can't blame it on anyone else, we're the ones that fucked up. It was always gonna be wrong, wrong from the start, we were always too distant and too far apart. So all of those times I'm alone in the dark, It's you I'll be calling, wishing on a star...for once last chance to make it all ok, for some miracle to make every day like today. |
