forgotten

yet everyone sees me.
i talk,
yet no one hears me.
i live, yet no one cares.
what would they do
if suddenly i disappeared,
and never came back?
would anyone miss me?
would anyone
ever even notice?
these questions
will never be answered,
for i'm too scared
to run away,
scared that
no one will follow me.
i'll just be a
forgotten light in the darkness
please don't forget me |
