Staring Down The Pain

With two more days, I'll fade away
With nothing but life to lose
I'm gone from this day
I'm swimming threw these fears
And am beginning to drown
Everyone is laughing at me
And I'm so lost I can't be found
There's no real reason to live
For it's only brought pain in my eyes
I can't begin to see these things
Or answer the reasons why
Life is but a mystery unto me
And to complicated to figure out
I can't believe how lost I've become
For people think that I always pout
Send away for a priceless life
Send away for a perfect world
One full of hope and freedom
And the other, for life untward
I swallow my pain
As I slowly fade away
Away unto this darkness
That is now ending this day
How must I end my life?
For pain is to precouis to forget
How must I have love
Do I have to bet?
For this gun in my hand
Seems the answer to all
I welcome this end
For I don't care if I fall
Fare thee well my gentle friends
Ones that were never there for me
And ones that never really cared
Ones for thes end, that couldn't see |
