A Puzzle Known As Life

Then why do we kill
If everyone just points their fingers
For or against their will?
If there's no God
Then what do we have to believe in?
If there's no love
Is there anything above?
If there's no wars or money
Then would we find something else to fight about?
If there's only hate in the world
Then why do so few about this pout?
If we don't love our families,
Is the person that's condemed broken?
We say this is a perfect world
So many wars started of words spoken
We slowly fall apart each and every day
But most don't even take a notice.
So, what does this mean?
Are our lives just worthless?
What ever happened to a thing called love?
Is it just a feeling, or something made up?
We cry for reasons untold,
Is that just our luck?
People condem each other
And don't think secondly on it
Does that mean what we've worked towards
Fade away bit by bit?
We injure ourselves every day
Just to feel the pain
Does this mean that we're crazy,
Or going insane?
Endless tears we cry for nothing
Because in the world they don't matter.
We wonder if we're just here
And our thoughts grow all the fatter.
Our problems of our own,
We only think about.
But other people have bigger ones
So why do we pout?
Some like me crave for death
But others love life.
Why such a different out look?
Are so many of us on our last strike? |
