» Poem: Kept from Society
Kept from Society
written by fuzzypunkhat
03:32 AM 1/5/05
Beneath my outer appearance,
Secrects, emotions, and feelings tucked away,
A hole of sorrow, dishonor, and lies,
Is where my wounded heart lay,
It will always be unhealed despite my cries,
May you see what you have created,
And hold my life so quietly,
May you realize the pain,
You kept from society.

Author's footnotes and comments on this Poem:
Heh my mom always tells me to shut up and never share my emotions because people might think I'm a wack job. One day I'm gonna just go mad and yell it all out. -.-
