The Rain

I sit and watch the rain
That falls so freely from the sky
Reminding me of all my pain
The rain is my antidote
For when I need to cry
It washes away my memories
Til I no longer want to die
Rain is the answer to my prayers
Not some stupid man
For the rain can comfort me
And help me be all that I can
