» Poem: All I Have To Ask
All I Have To Ask
written by xxxvampire_loverxxx

All I have to ask
Is why I was just a simple task?
I thought you actually cared
Until you weren't there

All I have to say
Is I've become more numb each day
I've been hurt so many times
There's no more tears to cry

All I have to feel
Is emptiness and things that are unreal
You broke my faith in you and broke me down
You ask how you did it, and it's because you were never around

All I have to ask
Is why I was just a simple task?
I thought you actually cared
But when I needed you, you were never there
