**Let down**

Why am I letting the pain seep deep inside of me.
Showing nothing, I believe in so many.
Let down, Let down again.
Asking who it is that's always there.
No body can save me.
Yes, they don't know what I'll do when I'm alone.
I turn up the radio, I can't here myself anymore.
Guilty, there's no way that I can pray for today.
Emotions overrated, waiting for some put me downs.
That's the only way you'll stick around.
I won't let myself fall down.
No, I won't take the jump with you.
Let down, Let me down once again.
Words I think, are those I never speak.
So I write, a million empty things that mean so much to me.
I know, some times I make no sence to anyone.
You made me think I was safe knowing you.
Open eyes, with no sight at all.
Dreams I have, yes I'll never share them with you.
Let down by only you, Let down so many times.
No wings so I can't fly.
Keep quite, so she can't hear you.
Believe, that some how you can be there.
No, I was right when I said no one can save me.
I never meant to hurt you, I just couldn't take it.
Let down, Let down again.
So many time and so many different ways.
That I just stopped believing in you and me.
I wonder why it meant so much to only me!
Always let down by only you. |
