» Poem: Outlaw
Outlaw

I sat down, pushing brass down against the spring, thinking of all of these depressing things. My destiny, was in my mind. I popped in the clip as I walked out the door, I thought to myself, I need more, so its time to break out from this internal cage, make myself free. The slide came back, the bullet was injected into the barrel, hammer cock, safety off. It was my only way to stop the fools and their foolish words and mindless scoff. Face to face, toe to toe I stood against all odds, held out my gun, showed them what it is that needed to be done. The hammer slammed forward as I pulled the trigger, ended the life of a fool pointing the finger. I'm just a young rebel, an outlaw of boredom, therefore I shall never conform. I dropped one man after another, as I went on my way, at that point in time I didn't ever care to see the light of day. Until I made my final stand, back against the wall, I came out firing at them all, the heated lead broke my skin and buried into my flesh, piercing my bleeding heart, and ended my life faster than a falcon swooping down like a dart. But as they realized It was over for me, they took a look around to see very few left alive, for my aim was straight, and my attitude was calm, I killed six men in a fire fight, they dropped faster than a plain that lost all latitude.
