After The War (about WW2. plz r/comment)
written by xxxvampire_loverxxx02:56 PM 1/28/05Pure black rose petals
Broken mirrors of shame
Empty, old tea kettles
Disqualified members of impossible games
Books about different things
Shattered, uncleaned glass
Broken hopes and lost dreams
Old photographs
Dusty, broken lamps
Belongings all over the floor
Pictures of concentration camps
This is how it looked after the war |

Badges of red upon the corpses,
burlap riddled with holes.
this was how the war was won,
by 29 million lost russian souls.
