let me help

the disappointment when you cry,
The deep cuts on your hands
And the dry tears in your eyes
I see you when you storm in your room
You lock yourself up all day
Please give me a chance to get to you
Ill help you find a way
I know our parents aren't here right now
And what they do to us is wrong
But we are holding this family together
And we all got to stay strong
Tee already cuts herself
And so does David, its true
But I dont want your life to slip away
I cant afford to lose you too
You wear so many bracelets
You think that it can hide
But forever is just a word
It wont always stay inside
Ive seen you write that suicide note
I was peeking through the door
Then you started crumbling it up
You couldn't take it anymore
You're going down in everything,
I see that you’re in great pain
Come to me and we can talk together
I understand sis, I feel the same
I know you sit and listen
Inside your dark cold room
To mummy and daddy fighting
I wish it all ends soon
Stephanie please I love you
I don't want you to die
I read your letters from the garbage
And day and night I cry
Im not about to tell on you
But something had to be done
I took that knife away from you
But my faith still is not won
Another day may come and go
And you may not be here
Please don’t let this be the fate you choose
Its your precious life I fear
I want you to believe in me
I can help you more than that knife
Im your big sister, I love you
And I will always be here for you in life |
