Trust Me

I only want to be with one person and thats you.
I don't understand why your not my man,
so what does it mean if we're more than just friends?
I gave you my all as if that wasn't enough,
I know sometimes my attitude can get rough.
I don't know what I would do if it ever came down to me losing you.
I know you love me and thats a fact,
but if you were to leave it's hard to say you'll be back.
We use to mean nothing to each other,
now I know you are my one an only lover.
I wouldn't have it any other way with you I am here to stay.
You made me the person I am today and I thank you in a very special way.
That is why I say trust me when I tell you something so true,
I have one love in my life and that is you. |
