» Poem: Bedroom Thinking
Bedroom Thinking
written by Orelinde
04:11 AM 2/12/05
Orange and a red-brown
color, backed by blue.
Suns and moons are
too hot upon me.
I rip them away
with a speed that
Finite would have
to step back from
and say "wow."

Manipulative creature
lays near, pretending
to sleep peacefully.
Annoyed by simple
movement, I'm only
Human.

The opposite wall
reflects every action
backwards, and optics
take it in upside down.
Tick, tick, tick
Process, splurge, repeat.
The creature departs,
my activity is
too irritating.
