» Poem: A Confusing Life and One Dead End
A Confusing Life and One Dead End
written by psycho_bunny

A blur of color in my face.

Its like a race.

One you can't win.

Something you can only die of in the end.

A story that only ends in sorrow...

There might as well be no tomorrow.

How many more times can I pull my self to my feet,

And not admit defeat?

Am I simply paranoid?

An over-reactor?

Am I really something that cheap?

To many questions.

To many lies.

Why can't I just simply paralyze time?

So I won't have to face this world.

This beginning.

This end.

Burning hate.

Pulsing heart rate...

Cold gaze.

Remembered faze.

To many confusions and not enough time.

To much hate...

I hope I'm not going to be late.

For the race I can't win.

The one I know can only end in death.

A sorrow with no tomorrow.

A story with only one end.

Were all just waiting...

Waiting...

For ours hearts to stop.

For the race to end.

For the tomorrow we know is not coming.

Waiting...

Waiting...

The end is waiting.
