» Poem: the SeEd (3)
the SeEd (3)
written by sarah10087

From seed to seedling
From infancy to childhood
From innocence to affection.

The unspecial seed, so damned unspecial
yet so able to grow
I'm so very confused about what i know
The seed now a tree covers me.
For the first time, i am able to sit, in my heart,
no longer is it hostile, nolonger are we apart

I dont know much about the seed, or indeed its tree
all i know i that at this moment in time, knowledge i do not need.

And perhaps when this tree dies, if indeed it ever does
It will leave behind, a soft subtle mud
A fertile soil, so other seeds can grow,
thanks to this seed, love i can now show
