» Poem: Twisted Insanity
Twisted Insanity
written by Morbid Angel
10:36 PM 2/23/05
Some twisted insanity,
A creature of the night,
A heart not capable of loving,
A scratch on my life.
Feel free to love me,
In your shadows of the dark,
Waiting for you and failing,
To take a hold of your heart.
I'm too scared to let go,
My thoughts always follow,
You can't let me get away,
A scratch in my mind.
I'll make you go away.
I don't want you to be anything to me,
Ever,
I'm too tired to cry,
But you swallowed me whole again.
Too tired to die, to die....
