» Poem: Somethings Destroyed
Somethings Destroyed
written by Morbid Angel
01:30 AM 2/26/05
Blood slowly paints the world,
And it's all your fault.
Who put out the stars?
Somethings drestroyed but I'm safe in your arms.

If you're alone you don't want to live,
When nobody will even attempt to care,
But this shouldn't even begin to affect us.
Somethings destroyed but love never left us.

It's trying to break free, whatever lies inside,
Is it just a whisper or can I hear you coming?
Footsteps echo inside of my mind,
Somethings destroyed but we keep on smiling.
