And everything we ever said, Turned to ashes when licked by the flames. I'm right here beside you, But I can't help but feel like I've lost out. The moment your life faded, I thought that I could love you. Behind your closed eyelids, Is where our memories rest. Something must be sacrificed, Kneel down beside my best friend.
