» Poem: living nightmare (pleasant pain)
living nightmare (pleasant pain)
written by Genocide Reaper

Succulent severity.
Being bore down upon me.
I believe this is a taste of truth.
All of this bleeding from the wound.
The one inflicted by the teeth.
Sinking into my flesh.
Teasing me with pain.
All I can see now, twisting my head around.
Is a luscious layer of lucid sin.
It will be my grave.
For I shall die in it, yes, within.
Diving into the depths of the unknown.
The darkness that has become my home.
You wouldn't understand if you tried.
Keeping this from myself, so I can say I died.
The secret of seldom learning.
Longing.
loving.
Holding.
growing.
Needing
bleeding.
All of this, within my grasp.
She's still here, and time has quickly passed.
Sprawled out so sweetly upon the foot of the bed.
In her sleep she spoke and asked.
Wondering the meaning of my mourning.
With eyes closed she did this
And I held my tongue, I could not speak.
All the nightmares from nights before.
Still in my mind, haunting me, forever more.
Alas she awakens to find me sitting near the door.
Whispering to myself, and slicing into my own core.
I'm seeking inside for an answer myself.
As to why, these things have occurred.
Yet, I cannot see, my vision is blurred.
I cannot speak, for my words are slurred.
I cannot hear, even though my ear is stirred.
Imprisoned within a state known only to me.
For a fool silent, deaf, blind and dumb is all she can see.
Yet I am here in my mind along with her.
With the world withering like the winter flower.
I would tell her of my new mental master.
But I cannot, because I am not myself, any longer.
