Lets Pretend

Lets pretend we're still together.
Lets pretend that everyone else goes away,
And we never have to wake,
Ever again.
Am I aloud to dream?
Back to when you cared.
Am I aloud to love you?
Lets pretend that I'm there.
What would you say?
Or would you let the moment run away...
Forget that it's all gone,
And lers pretend that you still love me.
Falling from your memory,
Heartbeat slowing to a crawl.
Lets pretend that I'm still breathing. |
