I Couldn't Protect You...

for countless days..
I can't think
I don't know what to say..
I didn't protect you
from the harm you had..
I couldn't shelter your tears
when you felt sad..
Now there you are
in your grave..
I couldn't protect you
your life I couldn't save...
Suicide was your answer
now I sit alone...
Now the tears I shed
they wont leave me alone..
I miss you so bad
but you can't hear me..
When I cry into the wind
for you to come back to me..
Our memories were priceless
are times were granted..
Together we knew
that life was all together banned..
We stuck together
through the roughest times..
You emotions and fears
where just like mine..
And now I sit all alone
in this pathetic life of mine..
Granted to hell
for the other way out I cant find..
I couldn't protect you
and now your in your grave...
As I try and stand alone
I need to be brave..
All I ask is for you
to forgive me thats all I ask..
And to be my guardian angel
in my life's task... |
