Soiled Defeat

I am used to it
I fall into the dirt facefirst everytime
No one helps me
So I have to rely on myself
But I have become accostomed to the burning shame
As I fall
Scorns and searing laughter
Penetrate
Blood trickles from a once untarnished face
Now scarred with my emotions
I know my place
Down in the rocks is where I crawl
Keep me down
