A Pale Moon's Night

That I nearly died of fright
For you see, I could not see the other side of me
I was out of my control
Possessed by something other than a demon
The past was my antagonist for this occasion
And my haunted thoughts forced me to find you
I had to eradicate you to rid myself of this consuming problem
I decided to wait for you in your home
That is when I stabbed you after your arrival
You put me through so much
And you never knew me
I laughed as I viewed your vacant body at the funeral
The mortician had to do a lot to cover up the stab wounds in your face
Soon after I was arrested
And I am up for execution
Next November
But at least I am free of this dilemma
Until i die |
