When Tomorrow Comes
written by GeishaGirl05:50 AM 3/9/05Blinking into the silent darkness
My mind is too active for me
I listen to it every frightening night
I toss and turn fighting the tigers
I’ll remain awake I want to please
I don’t want to appear in my dreams
I’ll die I’ll sure to die alone and sad
In my dreams I ponder aimlessly
What will I become tonight?
Maybe a victim of a bloody ravage
Don’t turn out the light please
Be here be still by my side tonight
Don’t be silent don’t be cruel to me
Talk to me whisper to me it’ll be ok
Let me know I’ll be here when tomorrow comes |
