Broken Mirror
written by Tainted_Soul_777
10:54 PM 3/9/05
I walk home alone in the night.
Theres apsolutly no way things could even get right.
Everything just so messed up
I thought I help, but what I said was never enough.
I walk into my room, wiping away my tears.
I break down and look into my mirror.
"Who are you" "Where have you gone?"
I hav ebeen asking these questions for so long.
A girl whos been rejected, a girl thats rejected others.
A girl that trying so hard to understand the life of her mother.
A girl whos best friend, just doesnt understand.
She had her for a while, then she let go of my hand.
A girl that would die for the guy she loves
A girl thats realized, this life will always be messed up.
I hate my reflection, it tells me who I am.
Its tells me that I cant, when before I would think that I can.
The tears fall down my cheep and goes onto my lip,
Goes down my chin, then begins to drip
Dips down onto my floor.
All they can do is yell up here, I have to slam my door.
All this pain, I just cant take it
So I take my mirror, pick it up and break it.
It falls, now theres broken mirror all over the place,
I look down at it amkes it worse, cause I can still see my face.
The face that everyone sees and hates
It symbolizes and makes sure that I wait.
I see the terror, I see the fear.
Its there even when im looking in a broken mirror.
