Why Do We Get Hurt?

Why does God let us get hurt
I see others crying over lost loves
Lost friends
Lost family
Our families and society seem to be an unescapable prison
Sometimes we are our worst fear
But why do we lose our loved ones
Our own family members committing suicide
When they have so many that care about them
We often feel left behind
Lonliness, grief, and angst rules our lives
Why are we left behind to suffer
And when it's too late
Our loved ones want us to come home |
