In search of you

Leaving my feelings to be shown.
Into this mind set I am thrown.
Missing you makes me see just how I am.
Alone.
Pushing on this muddy road.
Cold and steadfast legs carry be abroad.
In search of you.
That's what I'm out to do.
Find what its my minds eye.
Your face in front of me as I stare into the night sky.
Beautiful blood in my veins.
Calling out to explain.
Leaving droplets of lineage on this path.
Inside I'm suffering from my demons wrath.
I'll trudge forward, into this grudge.
Fighting him every where he rears his head.
Even if he kills me in the end.
Nothing can stop me, on the way I can mend.
Pained, and stained, stead fast my feet carry onward.
Forward.
In search of you.
All that I don't want to lose.
You're what I choose. |
