» Poem: The lonely girl is
The lonely girl is
written by suicide_penguin

I once knew this girl
A lonely girl
Her friends were close
But never close enough
She only had her family
To really love
She cried until her life turned black
And she changed
So now that girl wont ever come back

She’s a lonely girl
In this harsh cruel world
And she’ll never cry
Until the day she dies
Cause she lost her soul
She lost control
All alone
And she cried out loud
In the middle of a crowd
She’s a lonely girl

Why did you not listen?
When she wanted you to
Why did you hate her?
Perhaps you still do
She may be acting blind
But she hasn’t lost her mind
In her black bedroom
With the Gothic paintings
She sits and mourns
Her heart’s still breaking
But all of this pain is inside
Cause outside she’s happy
But her soul already died

So pay her some attention
Just once in a while
She may be popular
She may laugh and smile
She might rule the world
But you have to understand
Inside she’s a Lonely Girl
But she isn’t meant to be
She’s a lonely girl can’t you see
Try to understand her
Cause the lonely girl is
Me.

Beautiful but some of the rhymes are too awkward. This sounds like me!
