The Devil's Children (please comment)

IT sees all with a weak heart
And a weak faith
IT preys on those with uncertain thoughts of a true God
Irony foretold as those who feel God is not real
Convince themselves that they are better off alone
Control of one's soul is left to the Devil
When we do not let God handle our soul
But IT does not do the job of taking our souls
IT has other fallen angels carry out the formidable task
So many people living for this short life in the wrong way
And so many with a tainted soul
Manifesting into an undescribable hatred
For all living things
Mere mortals leading mortals
When all of this time there is a greater force at work
And for some of us
This is hopefully good
But for so many others
Evil
Soldiers have been sent unwillingly into wars without much hope
Only ordered by leaders who think genocide is the answer
Artists of all knids
Try to convince us that their way is the right way
When we really have to find out for ourselves to be true
The Devil's minions are at work
And they live among us
Faces you see
Every day
That is why it is said:
We can make a Heaven of Hell
Or a Hell of Heaven
And in it's own right
The Earth is it's own Hell and Heaven

I like this. Your choice of wording is great. I love the bit about the devil's minions. Eeheehee, imagine what they'd look like... =P Your poem here (as well as the other one I read... your most recent, Living Too Hard Too Fast, I believe) are very story-like. I bet you write good short-stories.
