» Poem: Steal This
Steal This
written by Morbid Angel
08:34 PM 3/14/05
A second can be an hour,
If we dream for long enough.
Just to pull ourselves together,
Long enough to fall in love.

None of it can make sense,
When you never open your eyes.
To leave you hanging in suspense,
If you can still be mine.

You'll never know if you don't ask,
I could love you if you try.
I've turned around and theres no going back,
Getting thrown around by a unit of time.

And until you go away,
We'll keep needing one another.
It's not me who you should blame,
What does it mean to love each other?

Where are you now?
When I realised my feelings.
You don't care what it's about,
When all you want to do is steal is.

Take it away, take it away.
