drowning......[please read and comment]

deny me of my sanity,
with windblown torture, roses will fall,
blanketing my world with sorrow,
gently laying me down,
softly slipping away......
grasping at strands of hope,
barely seeing the light,
i'm drowning.......
drowning in the tears shed from my eyes.
tears i've cried for you,
scars i've bled for you........
in the shallow pits of darkness,
the emptiness will reign,
locking me out of my mind.
watching........
waiting........
as petals fall upon the ground,
catching thorns in tearstreaked laughter,
angels close their eyes
while pieces of memories
drip from my veins,
i'm drowning........ |
