War is Hell

All things in it are necessary for deaths pleasure.
Lavish in the loss of life.
Bleed as you are impaled upon the warriors knife.
Sickening as it may seem.
Its beauty is unmatched.
You can't deny it is a damning dream.
A Holy war waged.
Killing all in the way.
Slaughter started by the enraged.
War is Hell and we love it.
Warfare is needed.
Gaze out to the gruesome sights.
The dwindling cities.
The crucified.
The desecrated.
Bombard the entire world.
Destroy every corner of the earth!
Four horsemen riding over the surface!
Showing all the face of punishment!
Giving all torment!
I pray for more of it!
Machine gun fire echo's through out the land.
Blood soaks everything, all the way down into the ocean's sand.
In the depths of bodies all the soldiers stand.
Pride held high.
Even as they see all the weak begin to cry.
It is in their eyes, they see fallen hero's and losers die.
The smell of rotten flesh and gun powder lingers.
So strong you can taste the burnt flesh just by taking a breath.
Keeping composure they hold their ground, fingers on the trigger.
In a heart beat another thousand greet death.
In the blood of enemies they shall bathe.
In all out hellacious combat they are brave.
Fighting to kill, fighting to save. |
