» Poem: Freed my Soul
Freed my Soul

I have little faith in mankind,
kind being the objective word,
But in you I have found
What I thought was absurd;
A decent human who walks among us all
A decent being, who is not afraid to fall.

And in you I trust everything, my life.
In you I leave everything
Someday I hope to be your wife,
happy with four children and a man;
A loving human who walks among us all
A loving being, who is not afraid to fall.

I've seen your small darkside,
I know your not perfect
I am not fooled by an image,
of what i want to reflect;
A caring human, who walks among us all,
My human being, who's not afraid to fall.

And because of you, I learnt to love
I learnt to cry, I learnt to see,
That sometimes life is just two people;
Now that is you and me.
