» Poem: Touch Your Secret
Touch Your Secret
written by Morbid Angel
05:51 PM 3/22/05
I'll love you more tomorrow,
Then I ever will today.
You were some other person,
Why did you go and change?
I fell in love last night,
And woke up in a strangers arms,
I felt like you'd treat me right,
Or maybe I just fell for your charms.
I woke up beside a stranger,
Who somehow knew my name.
Knew how to turn me on,
Like playing a twisted game.
I was scared to touch your secret,
Incase it shattered and broke free,
I didn't want to know the truth about you,
You're just some stranger now to me.
Whatever happened to my starlight,
My shining blue locked right on you,
And that night seemed so perfect,
Because I forgot how to know you.
