» Poem: Twisted Individual
Twisted Individual
written by Morbid Angel

You amaze me,
Yet frustrate me.
Theres something really different.
About the way you smile,
To way you laugh,
The way you're hurting,
But it can't be helped.

You're one in a million,
You're gone in a blink.
I can't get my head around you.
The way you love,
To pull me down,
Pick me up,
Then let me down,
But I don't blame you.

You even cry with style,
You even die alone.
Theres no one really like you.
You don't know how to live,
Out of the spotlight,
You don't know how to give,
Without taking what you like.
But you certainly mean the world to me.

Smile, twisted individual.

Because someones falling in love with you.
And I swear it isn't me,
I swear that I won't breathe,
So you won't know I'm watching you.
