The rules of heartbreak

It seems when you get close to someone they always drift away.
It never really matters how much you beg them to stay.
Or how you can never think of the right thing to say.
It seems they never care anyway.
They say thing's they don't mean,
and make you seem,
like you're their dream,
but it's just a scheme.
Then your heart races faster than before.
But it's doesn't pace in the good way no more.
You try to look deep down in the core,
of their heart but they shut the door.
The light burned out completely.
While you just sit there greiving.
Wanting something and wishing,
loving you the one im missing.
I could flood the world with the tears I shed.
I could save lives with the drops of blood I bled.
You could've made me feel like once I wasen't dead,
and maybe stopped this ache.
but that goes against the rules of heartbrake.
