» Poem: Last happy day
Last happy day
written by suicide_penguin
01:21 PM 3/27/05
A lady sitting all alone in the dark
Wearing a black dress and a sad face
Looking at the old torn pictures
Of two past lovers

A day before sadness
The lovers were so happy
Doing sweet nothings
A day of full of memories

On that happy day
The lovers were exchanging promises
Of bright future and happy family
A last day to remember

A day after gladness
The man past away on that joyful day
The lady cries into her knees
To the man of her dreams

“I’ll be with you sooner or later,” she promised
She prays and drinks the syrup
The dark room becomes bright
Tears stop falling and her heart slowly stop beating... That promise she made came
true on this day.
