Time repeats itself (true)

You thought I would never do it again
You were wrong
Alone at a bad time
In the darkness of my room
Blood was spilled
Those feelings came back
Those paranoid thoughts filled my head again
Causing me to react again
I didn't mean it
I couldn't help it
I just did it
Not intended or expected
I don't want to admit to this
But I have to.....
