» Poem: Invasion of Emotion
Invasion of Emotion
written by SuperBob

I had a place where I could be free
A place that was known only to me
I shared this place with a selected few
But somehow others disturbed the view
Unknown to me why that would be done
But now as I contemplate I only feel numb
I wanted one there, to share this place
But these others have turned it to such a disgrace
At night he and I travel afar
To a place where no one will ever mar
There we can be, safe and alone
That is the place I will forever call home
