Darkness *comments appreciated*

The light is creepin up, slowly like a shark
It grabs me on the ankle, I twist and turn
I don't want to be lightened, I don't want to learn
Yes, I'm adaptable, but I like it here
I don't care if everynight I am full of fear
I have grown used to the lies and the endless nights
I have my own way of dealing with these frights
You may not approve, but it works just fine
I'm starting to call the darkness 'mine' |
