» Poem: Illusions of Hope
Illusions of Hope
written by SuperBob
04:34 AM 8/9/04
Sitting in the silence of my mind
Watching each day pass by with one sorrowful glance
Awaiting a day when my place I will find
Imagining a place where alone we will dance

Freedom calling from each new bloom
Together forever under the stars in the night
Wandering through the fields under the harvest moon
Finally living a life without any fright
