» Poem: Come on Down
Come on Down
written by SuperBob
05:15 AM 8/10/04
Standing outside in the dark of night
Staring up at the moon and feeling such fright
It's not that I have no means to survive
But sometimes I jsut can't feel that alive
Watching pointless shows on a thing called TV
Wondering why the people don't reflect me
I am a person with a story to tell
But I always enjoyed the sound of hell
Fire forever and "bad" people around
Now see, that is a place I would be found
I like to hear the dark words echo in my ears
For some reason they destroy all my fears
So gather 'round and tell me something new
Tell me the tales of what it's like to be as dark as you
