» Poem: Meteor Shower
Meteor Shower
written by SuperBob
05:47 AM 8/12/04
Tonight they say it will come into view
But dearest I wish I could share it with you
To see all the stars fall from the sky
Would bring a tear to each our eye
If you were to experience this magical sight
I know I would then fall asleep without fright
No more worrying of you dieing this night
Beacause I would grasp on and hold you tight
But you aren't around; and I am all but alone
I just wish that we could soon make ourselves a home
One day we will and share our true love
Then we can watch the stars fall from above
