» Poem: Once Long Ago
Once Long Ago
written by SuperBob
01:48 AM 8/14/04
There was a time...some years ago
When I knew where it was I wanted to go
But now those years have passed my by
And all I've ended up with are lies
I couldn't continue living like that
So I took that life and destroyed it with a bat
But what is left for me these days?
That is a question I'll answer some way
Yet I can't be bothered to do it now
Because I just don't have the ways to figure how
But believe you me, the day will come
When my troubles truly equal none
