» Poem: calamity of mine |
calamity of mine
written by maledeth07:57 AM 8/25/04I'm not here to beg,
I'm not here to please,
I'm not here to recreate what I've become, Calamity.
The wind blows off the leaves,
As the wind speaks out to me.
Suddenly, I don't feel innocent. Nor should you,
Calamity.
The wasting days of pastime love,
For you, I've stopped, but the river runs,
Believing this will last for us,
Eternally Forever.
I question it, the optimum,
Find handfuls of nothing in this infinite forever.
I'm not here to stay,
I'm not here to leave,
I'm just here to tell you this
I want what's mine,
Calamity. |
