» Poem: Dancing With The Devil
Dancing With The Devil
written by Morbid Angel
08:26 PM 8/26/04
I've been dancing with the devil,
And we danced through the rain,
We danced til my heart filled up with pain,
I spun away from him like a spider in a web,
"it's too late," he said, "Your already dead!"

So I spun back towards him, locked in his arms,
We danced through the moonlight, drawn to his charms,
Soon the pain faded, I was nothing but numb,
We danced in the dark sky, Escaping the sun,
I was stuck in his arms, a fly caught in a web,
"It's so much easier here," He said, "So much easier when dead."
