» Poem: Midnight Mist
Midnight Mist
written by Morbid Angel

I wonder through the graveyard,
In the midnight mist,
Blood dripping on the dry leaves,
As I clutch on to my wrist

Headstones at my feet,
Rotting bodies lie beneath,
A hand rises up through the ground,
It grabs onto mine and pulls me down

A scream, a yell, a muffled cry,
Is this really what it's like to die?
Then I realise I'm happy down here,
That hand was yours, I'm with you my dear

I didn't want to be alone,
When you died you left me on my own,
So I drew a twisted picture on my wrist,
Then I wondered through that midnight mist

In our chamber of dreams, no pain,
I'm back with you, In your arms again,
You whispered softlMiy in my ear,
"I love you" were the last words I'd hear

That graveyard that I went to at the end,
If we take our own lives it's where we're sent,
Then our loved ones pull us down,
Sleeping dreamlessly in the ground

Wow cool, I added you :) Be cool to talk some time. As long as you don't pass them off as your own then sure you can. Can I have your sites URL please? Thanks :)
