» Poem: Dead from the graveyard
Dead from the graveyard
written by Lovely_Suicide
10:01 AM 9/3/04
I walk across the dark graveyard
It looks so eerie in this light
The darkness is deep and capturing
The crumbled broken tombstones right in front of me and behind me
Dead bodies below my feet
The soil is so soft
So soft that my body could sink beneath it
I scream
Somethings got me
No no i squeal
This can't be happening
I think
As my body begins to go under the soil
I try to struggle but it's no use
Finally i give up
The soil fills my mouth
My throat
My body
It tastes like rotten flesh
I go under and under
Meeting my doom every second
I've been taken under
So young
But there wasn't a future ahead of me anyway
So im no loss
No one will cry
No tears will fall for me
No dying hearts will wish me back to life
No one will want to touch my face
No one will wish they tried to make me feel better
No it's better this way
I brought this on myself
I was the one who went into that graveyard
To enjoy it
Cause i knew i would soon be with it.
