» Poem: Living A Dead Life
Living A Dead Life
written by fuzzypunkhat

I had been beautiful, my long hair covered my shoulders,
I lived in a dream land, happily,
Helped the little ones,
Held my love's hand,
Skipped along the amazing beaches,
Feet in the sand.

Dove in the waves one night,
And awoke in a strange place,
Dark and stenchy,
This wasn't fun, this was not by my command,
I had been called to a dead life, for being so happy, for being so grand.
